fantastic stay!

clean room fresh towel hot breakfast egg station
the rooms were very clean. fresh towels looked daily, if needed. an excellent cleaning team serviced the rooms daily! breakfast was superb. the hot breakfast included bacon, sausages, hash browns, pancakes, and eggs galore!!! an egg station cooked omelets on request. i felt charmed by the range and quality!
the pool got rather busy! securing a sun lounger required some early morning dedication, but it didn't detract much from the experience.

the double room had good space with comfortable beds. air conditioning worked effectively and maintained a pleasant temperature. tea and coffee were available, with daily replenishment of supplies.

i stayed for five nights and the hotel proved really good. the staff displayed very nice helpfulness. the location is convenient to local restaurants and attractions. i was impressed by the commitment to.
I noticed that the indoor pool's floor was unclean. The hotel should address this issue.

The Front Office team members were friendly. Our bedroom provided ample storage and hangers. The fridge was useful. Pool towels were always clean. That detail was also a bonus. The activity staff were good, especially the archery teacher from Tunisia.
The gym air conditioning was sometimes off, INCONVENIENT.

Staff members acted very politely at breakfast. Front desk employees recommended a restaurant for dinner. It was fabulous. I noticed the pool bar staff had a good sense of humor.. more so than at the village.

I found the reception service to be efficient upon arrival. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. friendly staff cleaned the rooms daily. I appreciated this.
the pool was quite busy. some guests reserved sun-beds very early. i think the hotel could enforce the no reservation policy.
