The Front Office team members were friendly. Our bedroom provided ample storage and hangers. The fridge was useful. Pool towels were always clean. That detail was also a bonus. The activity staff were good, especially the archery teacher from Tunisia.
The gym air conditioning was sometimes off, INCONVENIENT.

Staff members acted very politely at breakfast. Front desk employees recommended a restaurant for dinner. It was fabulous. I noticed the pool bar staff had a good sense of humor.. more so than at the village.

The pool was good, with plenty of loungers. The pool bar staff were great, and entertainment suited the audience. There were good activities.. especially the archery teacher. The gym had useful equipment.

I found the reception service to be efficient upon arrival. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. friendly staff cleaned the rooms daily. I appreciated this.
the pool was quite busy. some guests reserved sun-beds very early. i think the hotel could enforce the no reservation policy.

The hotel has a convenient location. It is just a short walk to the beach. there are many places to eat and shop close to the hotel. it is also quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
